GROUP TRAINERS
ALEXA MIGUEL
"I am excited to share this passion with others, leading a lively, energy-filled class that will leave participants feeling confident, fulfilled, and most importantly, sweaty."
ALIYAH MCCALL
"I want to help others start learning how to love themselves, start putting themselves first, and realize it’s ok to put their health first because that’s what matters the most. I want to help them realize that it’s a tough and long journey to whatever fitness goals they have, but they can achieve it."
BLESSED VARGAS
"I can’t see myself doing anything else than personal training and powerlifting coaching. Watching my athletes grow in training and hit the platform will always be one of my favorite things in the world. It doesn’t matter if they’re doing it just for fun, seriously looking to hit a big stage, chasing state records, or just trying to beat their personal records. I’m here for it all and it really motivates me to lead by example and work even harder."
FELICE JONES
"My classes are for any level and age group. They are for people juggling their careers, homes, and personal lives and looking for a practice that can be a getaway. But also open to receiving techniques on managing stress and learning to listen to their mind-body connection, so that they know how to fix everyday aches and pains. For example, someone who sits at a desk all day and has back problems, will learn that because they’re likely at their desks with their shoulders rounded forward, a forward fold may feel good at the time, but it’s not actually going to stretch them out. Instead, a chest opener will likely give them the relief they need."
KATE ACKER
"My practice is called The Wildflower Collective, because it takes strength and tenacity to be a wildflower, often defying the odds and blooming in difficult environments. My classes invite people to reconnect with their bodies, to lessen their self-judgment and to celebrate their own wild roots."
