Group Training In A Personalized Setting

Our small class sizes, limited to 12 clients, make it easy to cancel out the noise and focus on your wellness. Our instructors provide modifications throughout class, so that clients of all experience levels feel comfortable. Our class offerings include:

Studio 310 hosts Workshop Series, multi-week immersion experiences, led by expert instructors. These enrollments range from 4-6 weeks and allow clients to deeply explore fitness concepts, gain hands-on training and practical application. Workshops move from theory to practice, with emphasis on understanding the theory.
